Aggregate delivery is where Baxter’s started. Matt Baxter’s first piece of equipment was a dump truck, and hauling material was the foundation the company was built on. We still run our own trucks today. We deliver gravel, crushed rock, drain rock, fill dirt, topsoil, and sand across Hillsboro, Beaverton, and the Portland metro area.
